Mend White Knight CL847 Starts Stops

re white knight tumble dryer cl847
when the tumble dryer starts, it rotates a couple of turns then stops, after a few mins it it rotates a few turns then stops again. I have cleaned the filter a front and tried the reset button. Have you any ideas
