gainsborough shower?

my gainsborough shower (mixer) is continualy dripping when turned off. i assume seals have gone. where are they and are they easy to change. also on a different subject when I flush loo and then turn taps on in bathroom we get a vibrating noise until loo has finished filling.
can anyone help
