how can i fix my tv?

i have a sanyo CE28DFN3-B television i have tried to reset for the new digital but cannot get bbc1 bbc2 bbc3. i have pressed the menu button and scrolled down to settings and have now 93 channels but there should be 97 and bbc channels are still not there. i telephoned the national helpline08456 50 50 50 but they could not help me. please could you help i need bbc1 for saturday nights STRICTLY COME DANCING. thank you in advance
