my husqvarna YTH is hard to start when cold?

First use of the spring 2015, just purchased used one owner from Lowes late fall 2014. Still warrantied and indoor kept over winter. Will not start. Checked filter and cleaned. Choke cable appears to be properly tensioned. Still will not start Help Please.

Could be a number of things, check the choke cable adjustment, take the filter off and make sure the choke flap in the carb completly closes when in the choked position, does the engine crank fast enought when cold, if not this could be a valve clerance issue not allowing the auto deco valve in the engine to work.
