its a 1996 p reg. i think its a b model...not the facelift.
the em light isn't flashing but it is staying on.. the car was running fine. ive just had a new rocker gasket fitted. however the fan belt shredded and part of it managed to get stuck in one of the pully hole on the cam!! i pulled this out, changed the belt and now the cae doesn't start!!

When you turn the key is the engine management light flashing?
What year is the car, is it aVectra A, B or C?
Was the car running OK prior to this or have you had other problems?

check spark plugs or it could be your icniction coil
