Any manufacturer will do - most good electronics stores will sell you one - I think the 105 may be degrees C - 10V seems a bit low but if it says 10V then just make sure the capacitor you buy is rated at least 10V or more - it will not matter if it's more. The key thing is the 1000uF - oh and if it's polarized (they often are) make sure it goes in the right way round. I would guess perhaps 50 different manufacturers for a cap like this - all much the same.
If in any doubt take the old one with you to the store.
