MY BIOLER WHICH A CAMRAY 3 40/50 HAS A RIELLO 40 BURNER WHICH IS TYPE 424T55 WITH A OUTPUT OF40,000/50,000 BTU WHICH IS 11.7 TO 14.6 KW AFTER CHANGING A IN LINE FUEL FILTER THE BOILER HAS BECOME VERY SMOKEY WITH BLACK SMOKE WHICH IS VERY SOOTY SMOKE BEING EXAUSTED OUT OF THE FLUE AND INSIDE THE BOILER

The oil boiler will need de-sooting and once it is clean will need to be re-commisioned, I suggest you contact the service dept of your oil supplier.
