Diplomat ADP 8132?

I have an Diplomat ADP 8132 dishwasher. It stopped working when the electricity was cut off. The electric came back on but the machine just made a noise like a pump running for about 1 sec then off then runs for a second then off again over and over. I reset the programmer but every time I set a program and close the door, the machine does the same the pump starts on then off as before. Any one got any ideas? There was no led lights on except for the program selection.
