stop toilet running continually?

We have Roca toilet and it runs continually , how do i get inside to clean out or maybe fit new washer,
Its a floatmaster 400

remove the buttons, unscrew the black screw that releases the lid from the cistern. if the water is running into the pan give the flush mechanism a twist and it will come out(turn the water supply off first) the seal on the bottom will want replacing
