Mend Beko NRE Electric Wiring Appliance

Wiring a Beko standalone cooker?

I am about ot wire up my nre cooker. However, as I look at the fitting on the back of the cooker there are no holes to put the wires into. Where do the wores go? I understand the implications of correct wiring. Live to live etc. Are the wires supposed to wrap around the screws? Do you have a diagram? Before I had a chance to disconnect the woring from the old cooker the delivery men cut the wire and took it away. Thats why I have no reference.
