dewalt radio problem?

i have a 110v digital radio that seems to work fine apart from i can get no sound out of it, as you can imagine it is rather useless as a radio without this 1 item, can sombody please tell me y????? thanks

Have you changed the AA Batteries? Is it under warranty. if so call HHM 01543 275048 authorised Dewalt Warranty Repair Agent
