How to wire up a Beko model DVC5622?

For the last few years I have wired all my cookers myself, but we have just bought a Beko Double oven Model DVC 5622. How do you get the thick wires through the plastic that is part of it is getting in the way, they have made it hard for me to wire it up can someone tell me where I am going wrong. Thanks
