How can I fix my Bosch Exxcel 1400s washing machine?
There's a load of washing locked in there and the door won't open for some reason. When I put it on any type of wash in order to open the door it doesn't do anything.

Open the filter door at bottom front of machine.There should be a tube which you pull out and unscrew a lid. Place tube in flat basin and allow to drain which should allow you to open door. Unscew the filter housing and clear if nesassary.Make sure to replace both lids securely to prevent leaks.
