LG WM-1480FHD door will not open?

Hello, I hope you can help me.

I have got a LG Intellowasher WM-1480FHD, but I have problems opening the door without using a bit of force. (This is all the time - when I am going to load the washer, as well as after a cycle has finished)

If I hold the handle and then push/pull the door, then it will usually open after two or three shakes.

I think it is either a problem with the door handle or the interlock switch, but before I order up a replacement part, is there anything else that it could be? Could it be the spring in the door handle?

Would the door handle come with a replacment spring as part of the assembly?

Or do you think that it sounds more like the switch that is faulty and that is the part I need to buy?
