astra g speedo problems?

I had the same problem with my 07 astra 1.7cdti , I figured out that the speedometer was messed around with and i got back on to the man i bought it off treatening to get the police!! he soon fixed it no questions asked! I could of got my money back but I liked the car! He told me he had to replace the dash but I know he just got a digidash man to fix it! (a man that clocks cars basically) If ya didnt buy da car of a garage or some type of buisiness go see a digi dash man he will sort it out for you!! they cost anywer from 30-50 quid but it got my speedo rolling again!! Hope this helps!! just seen im 2 years late!!ha, a well it will help sombody else out der!!
