bobbin case stuck in sewing machine?

Hi, I have an Omega 560 Industrial sewing machine. The bobbin case and bobbin are stuck My sister was last one to use it . I was going to do some sewing and needed to change bobbin . I can not get it out. I don't know why it is stuck. Can you help me please on possible problems or how to get it out. It is not bunged up withthread.

Hello Sherri,
There is no easy way of getting the bobbin case out, you need to take hold of the bobbin case catch and wiggle the balance wheel back and forth, try not to force it too much if you can help it otherwise you may knock the machine out of time, it will be patience trial and error.
