How do I remove the fabric conditioner drawar on my Servis washing machine?
I have a Servis M9912B-I which is integrated into my kitchen. The instructions tell me to pull out and push down, have also been told to tilt up but it clearly won't come out, there is too much resistance should I remove the screws? if so which ones or will this damage the machine in that they cannot be screwed back in, it is a Servis machine so I don't want to break it as they dont exist anymore. Any ideas? I am trying to unblock the tray which is full of water..
Rachel, I only came on the site to get an answer to the same problem but tried the `pull out and push down` and it worked.
I did feel like it was going to break but it just popped out.Pull the drawer out to its max then with two hands try and push the end of the drawer that sits flush with the machine, down towards the floor.It will go.When you put it back in just line it up straight and horizontal to the floor,ie not tilted like when it came out, and it will just slide back in.
Good luck cleaning all the gunk.
