Mend Vaillant Turbomax 242 Boiler Pressure

vaillant turbomax 242 no hot water downstairs?

I have c/h and hot water upstairs but the hot tap downstairs gives hot water for less than 1 minute then losses heat and pressure untill it is a trickle

Check if you have isolation valves fitted to tap if so turn off cold and try

it's a mixer tap so would that still be a possible cause as the cold water is fine ?

If it loses pressure you will lose heat would suspect the tap is faulty
