Strange problem with potterton ep 2001?

Had a power cut and now the program panel wont reset, its only shows the day and time the power went off. can you please help?

hi i would think that you have go dust inside it there are three ways to cure one is repace two is disconnect it take to bits and clean it or disconect it an blow out it with high preessure air line though the holes in the case hope it helps ive done all thi at times with great success oh i forgot to say take out small blue batery and check its not corroded on the ends and check its voltage first as this can do it as well make sure when putting back plus end goes to corrct in clock
