www.digital support teck, was trying to fix the program as kodak easy share no longer would burn a disk when I downloaed new pictures.
They un-installed the Kodqak Easy Share, but when they tried to re-install it , they were unable to do so as it after some time showed an error.
I am now out of money paid to them, and I am out of the program which I can not install?
Were you using the downloaded version of the software? I was utterly unable to install the downloaded version. It errored, caused Blue Screens and just, in general, never worked. It installed fine on a different computer, but it just refused to play nice with my laptop.
Once I dug out the CD that came with the camera, it worked like a charm.
