Own Proform 480 cx?

Hi I have the same treadmill and it has exactly the same problem. They sent me a replacement motor which did not fix the problem. They are now saying that it is the controller at $400 with a minimum of $100 to come and replace the part - but I do not believe them. The treadmill was only $1600 to buy new so where do they get off on the price of parts. I am doing more investigation and will report back.
