Rainwater penetrating under my kitchen door?

A carpenter fitted a new door (albeit) an internal, instead of external door and a new step. Since then, I have rainwater coming through under the door and at the side. I believe both the door and the step are badly fitted. What should I do?

i wouldnt bother complaining to this guy he sounds fanatastic (very sarcastic). Check how the door is sealed between the frame and the masonary. You may be able to stop the leak by resealing it (silicone /mastic ), but you should not have an internal door for an external i cant say too much about it mabye there is a reason for it but the doors are made differently internals are thinner so wouldnt sit in the frame right, would give less insulation, and pose more of a security risk
