bosch wvti 3240 gb dryer keeps tripping?

The thermostatic reset keeps popping, I've checked everything, no blockages etc

The strange thing is that it dryer runs fine when just using the washer for drying, but as soon as I do a small wash, the thermostat pops at the begining of the drying cycle?
