There should be no need to remove the pump.
If there is a filter door on the front of your machine, open it and check for lint and other debris in the filter.
Once you do that, look into the hole where the filter fits and you will be able to see a small impellar, (looks like a small orange squeezer), and with a pencil, push it to see if it moves.
If it does, replace the filter, empty some water into the machine and put it on to "DRAIN" or "SPIN".
If the water still doesn't come out, check the outlet and the waste pipes for blockages.
If all are clear and pump impellar freely moving, likelyhood that the pump is banjoed.
To remove, TURN OFF THE ELECTRIC, tilt the machine onto it's rear feet and prop up or have someone hold it, for safety. Look under the machine and you will see where the outlet flexi-pipe that takes the waste water from the machine to the drain attaches. Where it is attached - that is the pump.
There are usually only 4 small screws/bolts which hold the pump to the body of the machine. Once these are removed the pump will hang there attached by only two pipes and the electric wires.
The clips holding the pipes onto the pump are easily removed and the electric connections will just pull off NOTE: Make a record of what pipe went where and also of each wire connection goes where. Job Done!
Good Luck.
