Mend Promax P4280 No Power Plasma Tv Repair

How can I fix my Promax 42" plasma tv P4280?

The tv was switched off at the plug. When we switched it back on there was a click, as though it was going to come back on, however, the red light did not appear, there was no picture or sound.
Please can you advise.
