How can I fix my Jcb 3cx tansmission shift?

check to see if you have power at the foward/reverse soleniod on the top of your transmission. This will eliminate if you have an electrical fault or a mechanichal fault. If there is no power at the soleniod when you have selected foward or reverse then check your fuses and relays foward/reverse lever.

If you have power to your soleniod and your soleniod is energising correctly then you would have to try to perform a pressure test to confirm weather you have a clutch pack problem without taking removing and stripping the gearbox.
