boiler?

hi i hav vokera linea 24.
i set my boiler at 1/1.5 bar and is ok then when the heating kicks in th pressure goes sky high and pressure escapes through the safty valve as it should.i replaced expansion vessle which seems ok and heat exchanger last year i cannot see what else it could be can anyone help thanks ryan
