Can you repair a dripping Wickes Excel bath Shower Quarter Turn Mixer Tap?If so how do you remove the tap head?

you need to go back tothe makers and buy two new insterts and then fitt them . this is the problem with 1/4 turn taps the disc,s get scratched and that is it.
I hate them, the number of times I have had to change a pr of kitchen taps as no one knows who made them
