Mend Dryer Time Button

cannot clear dryer time?

the skip/reset button will not stop the dryer,I have not had this happen before, I have tried turning off at the mains but the problem is still there,

it's Lucy here, I have cleared the drier time by letting it run through the full cycle, but that is not what you are supposed to be able to do, you should be able to press the skip/reset button to stop the drier or whichever prog you are using.
