Probably a build up of ice. Try waiting until fridge & freezer are almost empty. Before shopping & refilling turn power off at wall & leave doors open slightly. Leave overnight for at least 12 hours to allow all ice to melt. Keep an eye on the water tray in the back near the compressor motor, it may over flow. You will have to empty it if it fills up. Use a sponge to absorb the water & put it in to a bowl. Then switch power back on & when it is cold enough put the food back.
