Mend Samsung WSZ32419D TV Channel

How can I "unfreeze" my Samsung WSZ32419D TV Digital tuner?

My Digital tuner on the above TV is locked at channel 23. When I turn the set on channel 23 is working, when I turn to analogue TV then back to digital, the channel is frozen!
whenever I'm on digital TV, none of the other functions will work at all even though the signal is reaching the tv from the remote.
Anologue TV is not affected.
Please help!
