I want to add water to my Citroen Berlingo battery, but am unable to open?

I want to add water to my Citroen Berlingo battery, but am unable to open the top - it may just be a matter of looking at the holes in the side and checking to see if it requires a screwdriver, but if anybody knows the trick before I waste time, it would be much appreciated.

Most modern batteries are sealed (it will usually have "service free" or similar written on it) type and cannot be topped up.
Obviously without seeing the battery we have no idea even if it is the original Citreon battery or a replacement of another make.
