I got error codes INCH 7, INCH 9, INCH 12 on my microwave/hood combo ?

I got error codes INCH 7, INCH 9, INCH 12 before my microwave/hood combo started to spontaneously cook. Glad I was home to unplug unit, but that didn't help. Any thought on what it could be?
