Mend Fellowes SPL-1506X Will Run Reverse Not Forward

My shredder will run in reverse but not forward?

I have an SPL-1506X shredder that got jammed the other day and had a little smoke come out of it... pulled the paper out & now it wont shred only goes in reverse, tried cleaning the only sensor I saw
