ideal he24 pcb query !!!!!!!!!?

hi i hope you can help me,i think the pcb has failed, power going from fixed spur checked fuse on pcb ok no water leaks and no display at all or error codes also if i replace this with the new one that has superceded mine ie orange one, do the jumpers still go the same way on the new one,
any help would be nice thanks
