Mend Mountfield SV150 Fuel Carb

Mountfield SV150?

I have checked a spark on plug, fuel in float bowl, cleaned carb etc but will only splutter when started for a few seconds. Cleaned out tank and tried with/without fuel cap on. I have checked air gap and micro switch which seem to be ok, any thoughts please?
