is it a kingfisher?
if so remove the front panel, prss the grey pilot button and hold, continually press the piezo igniter until pilot light, keep grey button held for about 20 seconds and pilot should hold. if pilot does not hold re-try and hold grey button for longer. if still not holding call a qualified engineer.
