Piece of cake! Open the lid. At the base of the spindle, (that goes in the hole of your record), there is an "E" clip. Shaped like a C but with 3 tabs on it. Look closely and you can see 2 openings on the closed end side on each side of the tab. Take a small flat head screwdriver or something similar and put it into one of those slots. Be very careful!!! Keep a cloth or something in your other hand close to the clip. Once you begin to maneuver it off the spindle it will take off like a rocket and you'll never find it. Just watch what you're doing while working the clip back and forth between the 2 slots and she's off. Don't lose it. It's gotta go back on. Lift the turntable straight up and turn it over. You'll see a lip, about 1/4 inch thick. That's your belts new home. Again being very careful, stretch the new belt onto the lip. It is not a rubber band so careful is the rule! Take your time and make sure it does not twist. If it does just keep untwisting it until it is flush all around. Place the turntable back onto the spindle and rotate it until one of the 2 openings in it is over the gold colored spindle at about 11 o'clock. Take a toothpick or something small like that and gently pull the belt away from the lip until you can get your finger between the belt and lip. Gently stretch the belt over the top of the gold spindle and make sure it is securely in the guide. Plug it back in and turn it on and make sure everything runs smooth and quiet. If so, belt installed! Take your "E" clip and being very careful still, lay it on the turntable and with the screwdriver you removed it with push it back onto the spindle until it snaps into place. Look closely because there is a groove for the clip. Once it snaps into its proper place, you're done. Rock on!
