how to fix my veritas 8?

hi can anyone help my alarm just stopped working,it wont set i put in my code in press full and the chime sounds but it wont set and the un-set light keeps flashing and the chime keeps sounding.i turned the power off to the unit and the outside siren went off ,whilst it does'nt set when i walk into the p.i.r it lights up as do the door contacts .i have tried re-set but again no go.
