Mend Mercedes-Benz E220CDI Key Batteries Central

how can i fix my mercedes e220cdi key problem?

i put new batteries into my fob. i placed it into the ignition and the key will neither turn nor lock the central locking. the car had been jacked up on one side to drain oil and this problem has only occured since this was done.
