Mend Panasonic NN-A554W Microwave Turntable Replacement

Microwave turntable some times stops. Bulb also gone?

When there is a fair sized load in the microwave, the turntable goes round for a while and then stops. This has only recently started to happen. If there is a lighter load, there is no problem.
How do I replace the bulb?

Hi, mine does exactly the same - it's about 3 years old and the same model etc as yours. When I stick my dinner in it will rotate then stop. When I try and free it up the turntable feels as though it is sticking at a particular point.
