my car wont start?

my car wont start after it was showing low fuel, but here was over £15 in it, after putting £10 more fuel in it,it wont even turn over

if it has run out of fuel and car is diesl then u need to prime the engine with the primming pump next to the fuel filter under the bonnet,have u tried to claw it over to much and flattend the battery too when you have been trying to start it worth an opion
