honda crv mirror?

hi just to see if anybody can help me with this? i have a honda crv 1998 model and the wing mirror has gotten all floppy cuz the spring that holds it in place has come loose.

ive tried seeing wat i can do with it but i have no clue how i can get to it.

how do i dismantle the mirror?
