How can I fix Fisher & Paykel GW708U washer?

My Fisher & Paykel GW708U top loader has started to fill very slowly, is it possible that the 12v valve inlet has gone and can the part be purchased and replaced myself?

Will not drain..arrrgh! I have read about a diverted valve and/ or clogged pump...I have the manual but it doesn't show whereabouts of these parts, can anyone help! Currently I have it tipped over on face with a puzled expression on mine! Lol

Yes to all your questions. Slow filling is usually caused by a worn out inlet valve. Find out who your local F&P parts supplier is by checking the phone book, phoning F&P customer help line or asking your local appliance store.
