how can i reprogram categories on a casio se-c2000 cash register?

i have changed the products on the flat plu keys and when i do a z read i cannot get exact amounts for each plu key as the categories that they fall under are now different. ie the button that was "meals" is now "beer" and when i do a z read im getting the wrong read. this is over the whole key system so there are numerous categories to change and add
