Mend Hotpoint Future Freezer Temperature Fast Freeze

Hotpoint Future Freezer?

The hight temperature light on my Hotpoint Future freezer keeps coming on. Even after I've used fast freeze it comes back on. I've also noticed that the food in the 3 top drawers isn't properly frozen
