Mend De Dietrich F 4827 Door Hinge

De Dietrrich F 4827 door hinge?

The door on my top oven has to be pushed at its bottom right corner to return to the correct position after shutting. It is now also binding slightly on the bottom door when shutting - does the hinge need changing and if so can i do this myself?
