How can I programme my timer on Euro combi boiler?

I have a Ariston Euro combi boiler. it is about ten years old, i had many things repaired last feb,cost me £300.00. Could anyone tell me how to programme the timer for heating, I do not have a manual and my heating bill was huge last year, and thought it may help to put the heating on a timer.
