Mend Cintura Sports Pro train 9000

speed error?

I have a Cintura Sports Pro train 9000 treadmill & when i try to go faster like faster than 2.5 - 3 it just starts to speed up on its own verry fast then stops with a E1 error. Can this be fixed.
