Mend Goodmans TVC141 Minutes Turn Happened

Goodmans TVC141 keeps clicking?

I have a Goodmans TVC141 video combi and for a while it kept clicking... if you left it for a few minutes just clicking it would eventually turn on... This only happened when it had been unplugged at the wall and after that it was fine. Now it doesnt turn on at all just keeps clicking whilst the standby button blinks. Any ideas?
